4. Intellectual Property: All campaign assets, code, and designs created by NIJverse remain our property until final payment and transfer agreements are signed.

1. Data Collection: We collect data via account registration (Name, Email) and usage analytics (Pageviews, Clicks).
2. Usage: Data is used to improve campaign targeting and platform performance. We do not sell personal data to third parties without explicit consent.
3. Youth/Student Data: We strictly adhere to data protection laws regarding student information. No academic records are accessed or stored.

Reliability & SLA
1. Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime on all digital products (Apps, Dashboards). However, services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
2. Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance via email or dashboard notification.
3. Force Majeure: NIJverse is not liable for service interruptions caused by internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or campus-wide lockdowns.
